Ingredients:  
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. salsa
1 package low-sodium taco seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ c. sour cream

For Serving:
1½ c. rice, cooked
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken in bottom of sprayed crockpot. Cover with taco seasoning, salsa, and cream of mushroom soup.
2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
3. Remove chicken and stir in sour cream.

When serving, place chicken on bed of cooked rice, cover with sauce, and top with grated cheese. Melt cheese under broiler.
