Directions:
Crust:
Pulse peanuts, brown sugar and cinnamon in food processor until texture of coarse sand. Pulse in melted butter. Press evenly in the bottom of 9" spring form pan. Bake until set, about 15 minutes. Cool while making the filling.

Fudge Layer:
Combine butter and semisweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl, heat at 30 second intervals until chocolate is mostly melted, stirring between each. Cool slightly.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl, set aside.
Using electric mixer, beat together sugar, egg and egg yolk in large bowl for 1 minute, until slightly thickened. Add vanilla and cooled chocolate mixture and mix until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with moist batter still attached. Transfer to rack for 10 minutes, then evenly arrange chopped Snickers bars over top.

Cream Cheese Layer:
Beat cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl until smooth. Add egg, egg white and vanilla and beat until smooth. Carefully spread mixture over the Snickers bars, bake 15 minutes or until cream cheese is set. Cool on rack.

Ganache:
Put chocolate in heat proof bowl. Bring cream to a boil, pour half over chocolate and let sit for 30 seconds. Whisk together in small circles, starting at centre of bowl and working your way to outer rim. Pour in remainding cream and blend into chocolate, using same circular motions until smooth and shiny, stir in butter piece by piece. Pour ganache over cooled pie and refrigerate until set.
