Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1 eggs
1/2 onion, chopped
salt
pepper
1 slice dry bread, soaked with water
small amount of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beef, egg, onion, salt/pepper, bread and milk
Roll into balls
Brown on stove top in small amount of oil
Add a little water and simmer for 1 hr

To make gravy mix 1 beef bouillon cube with 1 c water and add to pan, mix till thickened
