1 1/2 c canned pumpkin
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 c milk
1 6oz can evaporated milk
1 prepared pie crust

Directions:

1. Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices
2. Blend in eggs, milk and evaporated milk
3. Pour into pie crust
4. Bake 50min at 400
