2-2.5 c cooked chicken
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
1 c chicken broth
1 c diced celery
2 tsp minced onion
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 c crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter, add flour to make a smooth paste, then add chicken broth gradually, until thickened
2. Add all other ingredients, except potato chips
3. Arrange a layer of potato chips on bottom of baking dish, then add chicken mixture and top with remaining chips
4. Bake 15-20min at 400
