1 3/4 c boiling water
1 c quick oats
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1 3/4 c flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cocoa
1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c chopped walnuts or pecan
Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oatmeal, let set 10min.
Add sugars and butter, stir until butter melts
Add eggs, mix well
Sift together dry ingredients and add to mix
Add 1/2 bag of chocolate chips
Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan
Sprinkle nuts and remaining chocolate chips on top
Bake 350 for 40min
