3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3 Lbs Beef chuck roast cut into 1 inch cubes
8 Oz sliced button mushrooms
1 Large onion (large diced)
2 14 oz cans of beef broth
2 10 1/2 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 Oz sour cream
2 Tbsp of canola oil
1/2 Tbs each onion/garlic powder
1 Tsp of dried thyme
1/2 Tspblack pepper
1 Tsp salt
8 Oz Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Layer onion of the bottom of the crockpot. Add oil to saute pan and brown beef in batches, remove from pan, place on top of onion, add mushrooms to saute pan and cook until golden brown., then add to crockpot with the onions and beef. Deglaze the saute pan with 1/2 cup of broth, then add to crock pot, Use remining broth to add to soup and whisk until smooth, and pour into crock pot. Add remaining ingredients (except noodles, parsley and sour cream) to crock pot and str. Cook on high for 4 hours, in the last 15 minutes before done, add noodles

While warm stir in sour cream, sprinkle with parsley and servce.
