3 crust of half and half
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 packages (12 oz each) frozen hash browns (thawed)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread potatoes in a greased 9x13 pan. Heat half and half, butter and salt in sauce pan lot a low simmer. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the potatoes then pour the half and half mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 1 hour
