2 pie crusts
⅓ c. margarine/butter
⅓ c. chopped onion
⅓ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1½ c. chicken broth
⅔ c. milk
2½-3 c. shredded cooked chicken/turkey
2 c. mixed vegatebles

Preheat to 425º
prep pie crusts
melt butter, add onion and then flour, salt, pepper, gradually blend well stir in broth and milk
cook, stir constantly until bubbly and thickened
add chicken and vegetables remove from heat
spoon into pie crust and top with second crust, flute, and cut slits
cook 30-40 minutes
