Filling:
6 sliced peaches
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
of 3 oz. package peach gelatin
1 prepared, baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches in pie shell. Combine water, sugar, and corn starch and cook until clear. Add gelatin and let cool to room temperature. Pour over peaches in shell. Refrigerate until set. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
