2 c. tomato juice
1 bay leaf
½ small onion, chopped
dash of pepper
½ tsp. salt
1 package lemon jello
2 tbsp. vinegar
diced assorted vegetables, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato juice, bay leaf, chopped onion, pepper, and salt. Heat to boiling and then strain. Dissolve lemon jello in the hot liquid, add vinegar. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in sliced vegetable, if desired. Chill until set. Serve with mayonnaise.
