½ Cup of margarin soft
1 ¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2cups flour
2 teaspoon soda
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 ½ cups shredded zucchine
1 cup raisins

Cream margarine,sugar, vanilla egg until fluffy blend all dry ingredients and slowly add to butter mixturestir in zucchine and raisins spread in greased 9 X 13 pan bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes Cool frost with lemon flavored frosting or sprinkle powder sugar
