cup unseasoned mashed potatoes
tsp salt
2 (1 lb) packages of confectioners sugar
cup butter
2 (7 oz) bags flaked coconut
2 tsp vanilla
1 (12 oz) package chocolate chips
4 unsweetened chocolate squares
paraffin wax block

Using a double boiler place butter and melt over boiling water
Mashed potato
confectioners sugar
flaked coconut

Mix well and turn onto buttered jelly role pan, spread evenly
Place pan in cool place to harden
When hard cut into small squares

For the dipping chocolate, use the clean double boiler
Place paraffin in top to melt
Add the two kinds of chocolate and allow to melt.
Stir well

Dip the squares into the chocolate (use a fork).
Hold each square over the chocolate to let the excess drip into the double boiler

Place each square onto wax paper to harden

Tastes like Mounds Bars!

This recipe halves easily.
Usually will have to reheat the chocolate in between drippings so it is nice and thin.
