2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
2-3 green onions, chopped
2 pkg. deli corned beef, sliced thin, then chopped fine
Crackers for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and green onions well, and mold into a log. Roll cheese mixture in chipped beef. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours before serving with crackers.
