1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 lb. can pinto beans, drained
1 10 oz. can mild enchilada sauce
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. minced onion
6 oz. pkg. Fritos corn chips
1 c. shredded Colby cheese
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, and minced onion together and bake in a covered casserole dish for 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees. During last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle 1 c. shredded Colby cheese around the edge and 1 cup sour cream in the center.
