½ c dark chocolate cocoa
1½ c all purpose flour
½ t baking powder
¼ t salt
1 t baking soda
½ t cinnamon
½ c vegetable oil
½ c granulated white sugar
½ c light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 t vanilla extract
2 c shredded zucchini
¾ c mashed ripe bananas
1 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, mix together oil, vanilla and both sugars. Stir in eggs, bananas and shredded zucchini. Stir until well combined. Fold in dry ingredients just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into a 9 x 5 inch sprayed loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs sticking to the toothpick. Remove from oven and let it completely cool. Slice and serve. Store covered at room temperature. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees.
