Zucchini
Flour
1 egg
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini into slices about 1/4" to 1/2" thick. Prepare a bowl of flour seasoned with salt and pepper. In a second bowl, beat an egg and add a little water to thin. A third bowl should contain the bread crumbs with parmesan cheese, about 3/4 crumbs to 1/4 parmesan cheese.
Dip zucchini slices into the flour mixture to cover and shake off excess. Then dip into egg mixture and let excess drip off. Immediately place into bowl of bread crumbs. Press crumbs into surface and make sure all area is covered.
Drop into hot cooking oil in a frying pan. Cook until browned and then turn over and brown the other side. Drain on paper towels.
