2 pork tenderloins (12 oz each), trimmed
8 wooden toothpicks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
6-8 slices of bacon
1/2 cup maple flavored syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak wooden toothpicks in water for 30 minutes
2. Sprinkle ternderloins with salt & pepper, and place pork in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
3. Prepare outdoor grill with medium heat
4. Wrap 3-4 bacon slices around each tenderloin and secure with toothpicks
5. Place tenderloins on hot grill rack, over medium heat and brush with some of the syrup
6. Turn tenderloin every 5-7 minutes and brush with more syrup each time
7. Cook around 30 minutes until browned on the outside and still slightly pink in the center
8. Use a instant-read meat thermometer, insert in the thickest part of the tenderloin - this should register 150º
9. Once cooked, transferred to cutting board for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to set, then slice and serve immediately
