1 Tbls Butter
2 medium onions, chopped
1 garlic, minced
2 Tbls flour
1 c chicken broth
1 c milk
2 cans (4oz) chopped green chilies
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground cumin

12 tortillas
1½ c shredded chicken
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 green onion tops finely chopped
Sour cream

Directions:

1. Grease a 13x9 baking dish and preheat oven to 350º
2. Melt butter over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Blend in flour
3. Stir in broth, milk, chilies, salt, and cumin
4. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
5. Reduce heat, simmer 5 min stirring occasionally . Set aside
6. Spoon a little sauce in the center of each tortilla, spread to edges
7. Place about 2 Tbls chicken down the center of each tortilla
8. Combine cheeses; sprinkle 1-2 Tbls on top of the meat
9. Roll up tortillas and place in dish, seam side down
10. Pour remaining sauce over, sprinkle with green onions and remaining cheese
11. Bake uncovered at 350º for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with sour cream and salsa
