2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup nuts
2 tsp baking soda

2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice

Frosting
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, nuts and baking soda. Add 2 eggs, beaten, vanilla and large can pineapple with juice. Pour into 10" x 15" pan that has been greased and floured and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.


Frosting: Beat together until soft, spread on cake while hot. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
