1 stick butter
1 ½ cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 egg
1 cup drained pineapple
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup chopped nuts
½ cup buttermilk
Directions:

Mix ingredients and bake in a cake pan at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
