4 cloves Garlic - crushed
6 Tbsp Butter/margarine melted
4 Large Baking Potatoes peeled (about 3 lbs.)
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in melted butter in small skillet over medium heat 1 minute; set aside. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut into 1/4" thick slices. Rinse potato slices; drain well onpaper towels. Place potato slices in large bowl. Add garlic, 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cheese, salt and pepper; stir gently to combine. Spoon mixture into 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 400ºF for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
