1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
4 eggs
2 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp salt
3 cup sifted flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and lemon juice. Add eggs. Beat well. Add bananas. Sift salt, flour, soda, and baking powder and add to mixture. Add sour cream. Fold in nut and pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.
