½ cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1½ cup O.J.
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp grated rind
6 cup fresh fruit
Crust:
¼ cup margarine, soft
¼ cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
On saucepan mix sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in O.J. until smooth, stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil one minute. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and grated rind. Cool completely. Fold in fruit, drained. Turn into cookie crust; chill 4 hours.
Crust: Stir margarine; mix sugar and egg yolk. With pastry blender or 2 knives mix in flour until crumbs form. Pressure firmly onto 9" pie plate. Bake in 400º oven 8 minutes or until edge is browned. Cool.
