¼ cup marg. softened
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup dairy sour cream
Glaze:
2 tbsp marg
1 cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
2-3 tsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla in 1½ qt bowl. Beat med, 2 minutes. Beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt alternately with sour cream on low. Prepare filling. 3 tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp chopped nuts and ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
Spread ½ of batter in round baking dish, 8x1½ " and sprinkle with ½ of fillin; repeat. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until top springs back when touched lightly 5-7 minutes, Let cool 10 minutes. (Don't use rack). Drizzle with light brown glaze.
Glaze: Place marg. in 2 cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high until melted and brown, 2-3 minutes. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix in milk, 1 tsp at a time, until glaze is of desired consistency.
