Ingredients:

One lb chuck steak
Flour
Olive Oil
1 medium diced Onion
2-3 Beef Bullion cubes
1 tsp Worcester Sauce
Tbsp Ketchup
1-2 cloves Garlic
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chuck steak into chunks
Dredge in seasoned flour
Saute in olive oil, turning to ensure browning on all sides

Add chopped onion and cook until onion is translucent

Add:
Beef Bullion
Worcester Sauce
Garlic
Pepper
Ketchup

Cook on low for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally

Sometimes I add 1/2 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup.
I like Better Than Bullion rather than the cubes
