Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Cut up chicken (can use boneless Breasts or Thighs)
1 small diced onion
Can Cream of Mushroom soup
Six oz. Mushrooms
⅓ cup Madeira or dry Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in butter
Remove chicken form the pan

Add to the pan one small diced onion and sliced mushrooms
Saute

Add Cream of Mushroom Soup
Add Madeira or Dry Sherry
Mix well

Add the chicken to the pan and cook on low for 45 minutes (30 minutes for boneless chicken)
