2 jars artichoke hearts
1/4 t garlic powder
1 head leaf lettuce
1 head romaine lettuce
1 t Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
1 jar roasted red pepper
1/3 c olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/2 c pine nuts
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
Optional: red onion slices

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke heats and roasted red peppers. Tear lettuces into a bowl, adding remaking vegetables. Mix together oil, red wine vinegar, seasonings and add to produce. Top salad with pine nuts and Parmesan cheese.
