Chili con Carne Recipe

1 lbs Hamburger
Large Onion diced
cup Celery
cup Green Pepper
1 can Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt / Pepper
Two cans Kidney Beans

Brown Hamburger
Add to the hamburger:
Green Pepper

Cook until onion is translucent

Tomato Paste + one can of water
Chili Powder
tbsp Cumin
tsp Salt and Pepper
Cook on low for ten minutes.

Kidney Beans
Optional: add can of diced tomatoes

Simmer for one hour
