Pumpkin cookies Recipe

3 cups flour
1 tsp Baking soda
tsp salt
tsp allspice
tsp Cloves
1 tsp Cinnamon

cup shortening
1 cup sugar
cup milk
1 beaten egg
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup powdered sugar
cup butter
tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon milk

Mix dry ingredients in bowl and set aside.

Cream shortening, sugar and milk. Add egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Fold in nuts.

Grease cookie sheet. Drop by spoonful. Mix ingredients in a bowl for frosting. Frost while warm.
