1 whole chicken, 2½-3½ lbs.
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried savory

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, breast side up in a shallow roasting pan. Combine butter, lemon juice, and savory; brush over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375º for 90 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with the pan drippings.
