2 C sugar
2½ C flour
½ tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1½ C oil
2 tsp vanilla
3 C chopped apples
½ C chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.
Add egg, oil, and vanilla then stir in apples and nuts.
Bake at 350* in greased and floured loaf pan or pans. Start checking for doneness at 45 minute mark. Toothpick should come out clean when inserted into loaf when done.
