9 thin pork chops(cut into pieces)
2 boxes chicken broth
1 can corn
12 oz can chopped green chiles
1 onion, chopped
1 can green chile enchilada sauce
1 bag breaded okra
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
1 tsp celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown port in oil-cook slowly, after it browns add 1 box chicken broth, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook pork until tender. Add potatoes, 1 can corn, can green chiles, green chile enchilada sauce and chopped onion. Let simmer until potatoes are tender. Add more chicken broth.

About 20 minutes before serving add the breaded okra and cook til okra is tender.

Can add water and chicken broth as needed.
