Round steak, cut into bite size chunks
flour
1 onion
beef broth
1-3 carrots, sliced
4-5 potatoes, chopped
1 can drained peas
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll steak in flour. In Dutch oven fry steak in small amount of oil til browned on all sides. Add onion and cook 2-3 minutes more. Add beef broth, carrots, and potatoes. Cook til tender. Add peas, salt and pepper.
