ºCake
1 pkg Yellow cake mix
1 small pkg vanilla pudding
4 eggs
½ C oil
½ C water
1 C nuts

Topping
¼ C water
½ C whiskey
1 stick butter
1 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix all ingredients except nuts. Beat til smooth then add nuts. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes in Bundt pan.

Topping: Mix all ingredients and bring to hard boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour over hot cake while still in Bundt pan. Cool before removing from pan. Gently coax from pan.

I got this recipe when visiting My Old Kentucky Home during the Christmas season when Shelby and Kenni were little. They served this cake while we listened to Christmas carolers and looked at decorations at the house. Someone in the family usually makes this cake every year!
