2 Cups Bok Choy - Chopped
2 Cups Chinese Cabbage - Chopped
3 Cloves garlic - Minced
1/4 Cup Ginger Root - Thinly sliced and Juiienned
4 Oyster Mushrooms - Chopped
2 Cups Scallions - Chopped
1 Cups Water Chestnuts - 8oz Canned Sliced
1/2 Cups Red Bell Pepper - Thinly Sliced
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
6 Cups Vegetable Broth
2 Cups Snow Peas
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1/2 Cilantro - Finley Chopped

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a large sauce pan bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.
