1 box rotini pasta
1 large pepperoni stick (not the presliced)
1 white or red onion
2 stalks celery
1 red bell pepper
1 ball of fresh mozz, or cube of white cheddar
1/2 package of sliced grape tomatoes
1 1/2 bottles of Bernstein's Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Pasta to box directions, then place in large mixing bowl
Chop the peppers, celery, onions, tomatoes, pepperoni, cheese into desired sizes
Mix all ingredients into pasta bowl
Add 1/3 of dressing, stir
Place bowl in fridge, stir hourly for the first 3 hours, each time adding more dressing
After 3 hours, taste and add ingredients as desired

As a kid, this pasta salad was sold at all of my swim meet snack booths. It is crisp and refreshing during warm weather!
