10 pieces chicken thighs
salt and pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup water
2 cubes Knorr Swiss chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tsp (or more) dried rosemary
4 tsp grated lemon rind
6 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Salt and pepper chicken and brown on all sides in butter. Remove to shallow baking dish
3. Cook onion and garlic in remaining butter until soft; add water and bouillon, scraping brown bits and bouillon is dissolved
4. Add parsley, rosemary, lemon rind and juice
5. Pour over chicken and COVER with foil. Bake 45 minutes
6. I usually make 1.5 times sauce as it's so good over rice
