Pesto Chicken Bake Recipe

1 rotisserie chicken
2 bell peppers (color of your choosing)
2 blocks of cream cheese
1 box of penne or rotini pasta
1 bag of sheet mozzarella
1 jar of pesto sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Prepare rotisserie chicken, creating bite sized shreds
Cook pasta following box directions
Cube bell peppers into bite sized pieces
cube cream cheese

Once pasta is cooked, place in a large mixing bowl
add chicken, peppers and pesto sauce to the pasta, mix until covered
Take large baking dish (9x11) and spread one layer of mixture of pasta on dish
Spread cubes of cream cheese on top of the pasta layer
repeat process until dish is full or you are out of pasta mixture
Cover dish with mozzarella sheets
Place dish in the oven, cook for 25 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is browned
