1 can (16 oz) tomatoes
1 can (32 oz) shoe peg corn
4 tbsp flour
1½ cups milk
½ stick butter (melted)
Salt and pepper
½ lb cheese ( mild or aged)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Dissolve flour in milk – combine tomatoes, corn and butter – pour milk and flour mixture over other ingredients – salt and pepper to taste – sprinkle chunks of cheese or grated cheese over mixture - bake for 20 to 25 min
