1 cup ground raw carrots
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 cups milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
2 tbsp green pepper or onion
Bacon strips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix carrots, crackers, milk, salt, pepper, and green peppers or onions together - separately beat the egg whites until they form peaks - fold in beaten egg whites into carrot mixture, then pour into a greased casserole put bacon strips on top and bake for 30 min
