4 large ears of tender sweet corn
1¾ cups milk
2 eggs, well beaten
⅓ stick butter (melted)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375º
Grate corn off the cob using a grater then scrape out the meat and milk of corn with the back of a knife - add beaten eggs, salt and - add milk then whip in melted butter slowly mix just before cooking then pour into a casserole dish bake in the oven for about 40 minutes
