Ingredients for 2 people (double for 4)

1 little gem lettuce
1 soy sauce sachet (8ml)
250g british diced chicken
6 white tortilla wraps
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 chipotle paste sachet (20g)
1 avocado
30ml cider vinegar
1 natural yoghurt (80g)

Before you begin...
Get all your ingredients and equipment ready
Skim through these steps
Wash your fruit and veg
Note: equipment and pan sizes vary. Ensure you cook food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 mins)

Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with a drizzle ofvegetable oil over a medium-high heat

Once hot, add the diced chicken breast with a pinch of salt and cook for 5-6 min or until the chicken is cooked through (no pink meat!)
Meanwhile, shred the little gem lettuce[s]
Cut the avocado[s] in half lengthways, around the stone[s] 

Remove the stone[s] using a teaspoon

Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin[s] using a spoon

Slice the avocado into chunks 

Mix the dried oregano and natural yoghurt in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper

Add the tortillas to a plate

Put the plate in the microwave and cook for 1-2 min, or until warmed through


Once the chicken is done, add the chipotle paste, cayenne pepper (Can't handle the heat? Go easy!), soy sauce,cider vinegar and a knob of butter and a pinch of sugar and cook for 1-2 min or until the butter has melted and the sauce has thickened – this is your buffalo chicken

Load up the wraps with the yoghurt sauce, shredded lettuce, buffalo chicken and avocado
