Ingredients: Graham Grackers 2 pckgs instant french vanilla pudding (I have also used white chocolate, regular vanilla, and similar flavors) 3 cups milk 8 oz cool whip (thawed) Chocolate syrup OR: 3 pckg liquid chocolate 3 tbsp Karo syrup 2-1/4 cups powdered sugar 5 tbsp melted butter 5 tbsp milk 1-1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:1. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13" pan with graham crackers 2. Beat pudding and milk x 2 min. Stir in cool whip. 3. Pour 1/2 of pudding mix over graham crackers. 4. Add another layer of graham crackers and then the rest of the pudding 5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup OR: 6. Mix liquid chocolate through vanilla until smooth and then drizzle over top layer of pudding mix 7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. I find that the graham crackers are the best texture if you make it the night before the event you want to take it to |

Notes: I made this for the first time with my mom as a teenager for a church picnic (if I remember correctly) and it was so easy and such a hit that it became my favorite recipe to take to any gathering, big or small, fancy or not. You will not be disappointed and neither will your guests!!
