Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe

1/4 c butter
1/2 c minced onion
1 lb ground beef
1 clove (or more) garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp meat tenderizer
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
noodles (we use egg usually)

1. Add butter to skillet over med-high heat and saute onions until golden
2. Stir in meat, garlic, flour, salt, and tenderizer. Saute 5 min
3. Add soup and simmer uncovered 10 min
4. Stir in sour cream
5. Cook noodles separately, serve stroganoff over noodles
6. Bon Appetite!

Another recipe from my mom. I loved it so much that I requested it for most of my birthdays through high school, college, and into my adult years. It is very rich, so don't make it often, lol.
