2 (10oz) pkgs frozen broccoli spears
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
Chopped mushrooms – any amount desired
White sauce
½ cup herb seasoned stuffing buttered

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk

Bake at 350º
Cook broccoli, drain and arrange in baking dish – sprinkle egg and mushrooms over broccoli – make white sauce using butter, flour, and milk, - blend until smooth - pour over broccoli and top with stuffing – heat in oven at 350º until top is browned and bubbly
