1 c sugar
1 c butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c molasses
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp cloves
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 c hot coffee
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and butter, add eggs and molasses

Sift flour, spices, and baking soda, blend in coffee

Pour into 10x15 greased pan
Bake 350º for 20-25 minutes

Glaze:
1 1/2 c confectionary sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 tsp water

When cool cut into squares
