Ingredients:  
I 1 pound stick of sausage, regular or hot, Jimmy Dean or Owen’s
8-12oz shredded cheese, medium cheddar or sharp cheddar
3 cups Bisquick

Combine sausage, cheese and Bisquick
Sprinkle 1 cup water over ingredients
Roll into golf ball size balls
Place on non-stick or greased cookie sheet, 1/2 inch apart
Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees
Let cool then eat
Double ingredients to feed all of the Rays
