4 eggs well beaten
1 cup milk
tsp salt
1 cup flour
cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
3 tart medium apples peeled, cored and cut in wedges
4 tbsp butter

Note: we use cup sugar.

1. Beat eggs, milk, salt and flour until smooth.
2. Let batter rest.
3. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apple slices and toss to mix.
4. Generously butter 2- 9" pie pans using 2 tbsp butter for each.
5. Divide apples between the 2 pans.
6. Stir the batter and pour over the apples about 1 cup per pan.
7. Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
