"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

3 shots Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix
2 shots water

3 slices orange
Kosher or Margarita Salt for glass

Directions:
I've learned that a margarita can be just as good, if not better, without all the sugary mix! Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine the tequila, roses lime juice, margarita mix, triple sec OR Cointreau, and water in the shaker. Squeeze the fresh juice of 2 orange slices and 2 lime slices into the mix as well. Shake vigorously.

Prep your margarita glass by pouring a little roses lime juice onto a plate, do the same with salt on another plate if you don't have the margarita salt already in a container. Dip your glass into the roses lime juice and then the salt. Pour your margarita into the glass and garnish with the remaining orange and lime slices. Sooo good!
